Qualifications:
- Active Illinois SLP license is required
- Professional Educator License (PEL) must be current
- Previous experience as a school-based SLP is a plus
- Comfortable working with a diverse student population
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to in-person service delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress
- Work closely with classroom teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
- Support students across a range of ages, from early childhood to transition programs (3–21 years)
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment to promote student growth
