This contract position is designed to provide maternity leave coverage for a Speech-Language Pathologist from August 24th through November 18th. You'll focus your clinical expertise on early learners (K-2), making a meaningful difference in their academic journeys.

In this full-time role, your week is thoughtfully structured: dedicate three days to a self-contained classroom, delivering essential speech and language support within a collaborative environment. The remaining two days, you’ll provide targeted pull-out speech therapy, ensuring individualized attention for students who benefit from personalized instruction. This balanced schedule allows you to build strong connections with students and staff while maintaining variety in your daily routine.

Bring your skills and experience:

  • Current SLP-CCC credentials required
  • Experience working with early elementary (K-2) students preferred
  • Strong ability to adapt communication techniques and therapy strategies
  • Familiarity with delivering both classroom-based and pull-out speech services
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-2 students
  • Collaborate with general and special education staff in a supportive team setting
