What you bring:

  • Valid state licensure and credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Recent experience working in school-based or pediatric settings, preferably at the elementary level
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring abilities
  • Excellent communication and organization skills for collaborating with families and multidisciplinary staff
  • Enthusiasm for fostering positive student outcomes

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments for students referred for speech/language services
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Supporting students with a wide range of speech and language challenges, in both individual and group formats
  • Documenting student progress, maintaining up-to-date records, and communicating regularly with educators and parents
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to a collaborative, student-centered learning environment
