Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
- Experience in an educational or pediatric setting is desirable
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with a range of needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations to the educational team
- Engage with families to support generalization of skills at home and foster strong partnerships for student success
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other professionals to promote inclusive learning environments
