Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school settings is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities using standardized assessment tools
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students with a range of communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to integrate support strategies within the classroom setting
- Participate in team meetings, data reporting, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school and state regulations
