Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school settings is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities using standardized assessment tools
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students with a range of communication challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to integrate support strategies within the classroom setting
  • Participate in team meetings, data reporting, and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school and state regulations
