Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings across grades K-12
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Familiarity with diverse speech, language, and communication disorders

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Develop and deliver evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support educational and social success
• Document progress and maintain records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student IEPs
