About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services to K–12 students across Indiana. This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Provide teletherapy services to students with a range of communication needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Attend virtual IEP meetings as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active Indiana SLP license (required)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered depending on support availability)
  • Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and technology
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Personal computer with webcam and microphone
  • Secure, private workspace for providing services

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
