Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in Illinois
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or equivalent certification (pediatric/school experience preferred)
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services exclusively onsite
  • Manage a caseload of 45–50 students in grades 4–8
  • Conduct assessments, IEP meetings, intervention planning, and parent/staff collaboration
  • Maintain therapy records, progress monitoring, and compliance with school policies
