This position covers a maternity leave and services a manageable caseload, focused primarily on 5th–8th graders, allowing for meaningful connections and impact. Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellow.
- Experience delivering speech therapy in school settings, preferably with K–8 populations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to begin on or after August 17, 2026, and work on-site (no virtual providers).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to a caseload of 15–20 K–8 students, mainly 5th–8th grade.
- Develop and implement IEPs, track progress, and document therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and attend meetings as needed.
- Participate in new staff training (date TBD), ensuring a smooth start.
