You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Active licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY).
- Experience in a school setting, or strong motivation to work with students from preschool through high school.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage a diverse caseload.
- Passion for helping students reach their speech and language goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments to identify communication disorders.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing therapy sessions to students; collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families.
