You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Active licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY).
  • Experience in a school setting, or strong motivation to work with students from preschool through high school.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage a diverse caseload.
  • Passion for helping students reach their speech and language goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Providing therapy sessions to students; collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families.
  • Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining appropriate documentation.
  • Staying current with best practices and engaging in ongoing professional development.
