Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Prior experience in a school setting highly valued, but new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each student’s goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Offer consultation and guidance to educators to support inclusive classroom communication strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
