Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience in a school setting highly valued, but new graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Offer consultation and guidance to educators to support inclusive classroom communication strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
