Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions focused on measurable speech and language goals
  • Accurately document therapy progress and share updates with the wider team
  • Collaborate regularly with educators, specialists, and support staff for coordinated student care
  • Empower families by guiding and educating them through the therapy journey

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive independently as well as within a team

To be eligible, you must have an active state-issued Speech-Language Pathology license and a Master’s or higher in the field.
