Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Chicopee, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for high school students.
• Deliver tailored speech therapy services to meet individual student needs.
• Oversee and collaborate with a Speech Assistant to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking in accordance with school policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility, with experience in school-based speech-language pathology.
• Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus, though primary service delivery will be in person.
• Previous experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations in educational settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of roughly 75 students efficiently.

Schedule & Location:

• Full daily hours from 7:41 AM to 2:15 PM, aligning with the high school schedule.
• This role is based in Chicopee, MA, providing a community-centered work environment.
