What You Bring:

  • Active Massachusetts SLP license (please submit a screenshot with your application)
  • Bilingual proficiency to effectively serve diverse student populations
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • School-based experience in evaluation, intervention, and IEP documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Consistent reliability, with the ability to arrive and depart on time
  • Reliable transportation for daily attendance
  • Willingness to complete fingerprinting, background/CORI check, and drug screening processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and deliver direct therapy services
  • Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with the educational team
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward communication goals
  • Serve as an advocate for multilingual learners requiring speech support
  • Provide ongoing communication with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
