Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff on student goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state, federal, and district requirements
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere for students of varied backgrounds and abilities
  • Deliver both group and one-on-one services as needed to meet IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
