Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff on student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state, federal, and district requirements
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere for students of varied backgrounds and abilities
- Deliver both group and one-on-one services as needed to meet IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
