Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Previous experience providing speech and language therapy in schools preferred

  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Passion for empowering students to achieve their communication goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop personalized therapy plans and set measurable goals for student progress
  • Deliver direct intervention to students in both individual and group settings
  • Document progress and maintain thorough, up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
  • Provide guidance and resources to support classroom strategies for communication
