You’ll work a consistent 30-hour week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with readiness to supervise three Speech-Language Assistants (SLAs)
- Ability to manage a mixed caseload of approximately 150 students
- Commitment to providing evidence-based, student-centered interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students across PreK-12 as part of a diverse caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor three SLAs, offering guidance and support in daily activities
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and other professionals for holistic student support
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to enhance student outcomes
