Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license (Oklahoma or eligibility for reciprocity)
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to providing both direct and indirect services to student caseloads

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to K–12 students
  • Assess and document students’ progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant guidelines
  • Attend meetings and communicate effectively with staff and families regarding student needs
  • Focus exclusively on core responsibilities during contracted hours—no bus duty, parent line, or extra district tasks required
