Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) through the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
  • Preferred background in working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations for students presenting with speech and language needs
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans focused on measurable goals
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions that address a variety of speech and language concerns
  • Diligently monitor and document student progress to inform clinical decisions
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and other related professionals
  • Guide and support families, ensuring they are involved in the therapeutic process
