Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
• Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting communication goals
• Track, document, and analyze student progress with keen attention to detail
• Collaborate deeply with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to unify support strategies
• Educate and involve families, empowering them to participate actively in the therapy journey

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility for such)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with children and adolescents in school or similar settings is advantageous
• Skilled communicator who works well independently and thrives in a team environment
• Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive, and solution-focused atmosphere
