Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in school settings preferred, with a strong understanding of IEPs and educational processes
- Proficient in delivering therapy to diverse student populations, including those with a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document progress and collaborate meaningfully with staff and families
- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with the capacity to adapt within a fast-paced educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students from various grade levels
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate communication goals into the classroom
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to progress monitoring and reporting
