Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
• Valid SLP license for the state of California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply
• Experience working in a school-based setting is an asset
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students according to IEPs, both individually and in groups
• Conduct assessments and interpret results to determine students' needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of student progress and services
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop goals for students
• Employ evidence-based practices to help students achieve their communication goals
