What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Dedication to fostering a positive, nurturing environment for learning
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy for students
- Conduct thorough assessments and interpret results
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and allied professionals to align goals and strategies
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and other team-based planning sessions
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
- Train and consult with staff and families to support carryover of skills
