Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Clinical experience in educational or school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across a variety of grade levels
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to determine therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation for all services rendered
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Educate classroom staff and family members on intervention strategies and progress
