Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Clinical experience in educational or school settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across a variety of grade levels
• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to determine therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation for all services rendered
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Educate classroom staff and family members on intervention strategies and progress
