What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Dedication to fostering a positive, nurturing environment for learning

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy for students
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interpret results
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and allied professionals to align goals and strategies
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other team-based planning sessions
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
  • Train and consult with staff and families to support carryover of skills
