Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Chula Vista, CA

Preferred candidates will be fluent in both English and Spanish, supporting our commitment to accessible service for bilingual populations. This full-time role offers a collaborative school-based environment, focused mentorship for CFs, and an engaging caseload of pediatric clients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or working toward completion (CFs encouraged to apply)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English highly preferred
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice and a collaborative approach

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
• Monitor student progress and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Provide culturally sensitive, equitable services to a diverse student body
