Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Chula Vista, CA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
• Previous experience with pediatric populations, ideally in a school or healthcare setting
• Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
• Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings with teachers, families, and support personnel
• Foster a positive and proactive approach to student success
