Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
- Previous experience with pediatric populations, ideally in a school or healthcare setting
- Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation
- Engage in multidisciplinary meetings with teachers, families, and support personnel
- Foster a positive and proactive approach to student success
