Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid CA state license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
  • School-based experience or pediatric experience in healthcare settings is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes, evaluations, and documentation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
  • Develop and implement customized therapy plans for students
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain thorough records of progress and compliance documentation
  • Provide therapeutic interventions both individually and in small groups
  • Foster an encouraging learning environment that nurtures students’ growth
