Qualifications & Preferred Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance documentation

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic assessments and therapeutic interventions for K-12 students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on students’ unique needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and required reports
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP reviews
  • Communicate progress and strategies with families, teachers, and support personnel
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive school culture while upholding professional standards
