Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Valid (or eligibility for) state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in California.
  • Prior experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Monitor and document students’ progress regularly.
  • Engage in school meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment.
