Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and current state licensure as an SLP
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
• Experience (or strong interest) working with students ages PreK through 12th grade in a school setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Knowledgeable about IEP process, evaluations, goal development, and progress monitoring

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (IEPs) for students
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress updates, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Offer both individual and group therapy as needed
