This full-time, contract opportunity spans the academic year, offering you the ideal platform to apply your clinical expertise while making a difference in school environments. Both experienced SLP-CCCs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply—supervision will be provided for candidates pursuing their CFY.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure and/or eligibility (submit license documentation upon application)
  • CCC credentials preferred; CFYs welcome with supervision provided
  • Experience or interest in working with K-12 student populations
  • Ability to adapt to various school settings and diverse caseloads
  • Completion of fingerprinting/background check as part of credentialing
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech therapy services to assigned students within one or multiple schools
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to support students’ progress and IEP goals
  • Maintain detailed, timely records and document all client interactions according to school procedures
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the development of strategies to facilitate classroom success
  • Engage in professional development opportunities and remain current with best practices
