Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or eligibility in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working within school settings preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide therapy sessions to students one-on-one or in small groups
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel
• Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports on student development
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to support student success
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families on speech and language issues
