Seeking a talented and passionate bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification for a full-time contract opportunity in an educational setting near Cibolo, TX. This engaging role offers the chance to make a significant impact by providing essential speech and language services to diverse student populations. The assignment spans the 2026-2027 school year, beginning August 3, 2026 and concluding May 28, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Bilingual proficiency; able to deliver services in both English and another language
  • Valid state license to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Comfortable working full time across a school calendar schedule
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred
  • Ability to supervise or mentor support staff as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for school-aged children
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to a culturally and linguistically diverse caseload
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in eligibility and review meetings
  • Provide supervision and support for related personnel as required
  • Support school-wide initiatives for communication development
