Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and staff
  • Dedication to fostering growth and communication for students of diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for students needing speech and language support
  • Develop and monitor effective therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals and needs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success
  • Attend relevant meetings and contribute insights as part of a supportive team
