Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and staff
- Dedication to fostering growth and communication for students of diverse backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for students needing speech and language support
- Develop and monitor effective therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals and needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success
- Attend relevant meetings and contribute insights as part of a supportive team
- Promote an inclusive learning environment that empowers every student
