Make a meaningful difference by providing speech-language services to students in a dynamic educational environment. This full-time contract opportunity calls for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to support learners from August 12, 2026, to May 28, 2027, working collaboratively with both staff and families. You’ll have the rewarding responsibility of serving two campuses and overseeing a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), ensuring the delivery of excellent care and valuable mentorship.

What we’re seeking:

  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Texas SLP license in good standing or eligibility to obtain
  • Demonstrated experience or interest in educational settings
  • Strong monolingual (English) communication skills
  • Capable leadership skills to supervise and collaborate with SLPA staff
  • Organizational strengths for managing caseloads across two campuses
  • Commitment to advocating for student success and fostering inclusivity

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and developing speech and language treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
  • Delivering direct therapy and consultative services to students in individual and group settings
  • Supervising and guiding an SLPA with effective communication and support
  • Maintaining accurate records, progress notes, and therapy reports in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams to optimize student outcomes
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to educational plans for students with speech-language needs
