Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Prior experience in pediatric and/or school-based SLP settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Thorough understanding of IEP process and educational documentation
  • Compassion, patience, and adaptability to diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans based on IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Maintain detailed records and track developmental progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to student intervention plans
