Speech-Language Pathologist in Cicero, IL

What we're looking for:

• Active or in-progress CCCs or CFY (Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellowship Year)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based settings, particularly with early childhood populations
• Thorough understanding of speech-language pathology best practices for young children
• Ability to deliver onsite services; virtual and SLPA-support models are not available for this role
• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with staff and families
• Dedication to fostering inclusivity and maximizing student potential

What you'll do:

• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among early childhood students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of assessments, progress reports, and services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and support comprehensive student programming
• Provide intervention for a range of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social skills
