What we're looking for:
- Active or in-progress CCCs or CFY (Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings, particularly with early childhood populations
- Thorough understanding of speech-language pathology best practices for young children
- Ability to deliver onsite services; virtual and SLPA-support models are not available for this role
- Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with staff and families
- Dedication to fostering inclusivity and maximizing student potential
What you'll do:
- Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among early childhood students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of assessments, progress reports, and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and support comprehensive student programming
- Provide intervention for a range of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social skills
