Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license required; CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome
  • Prior experience with early childhood populations, in schools or healthcare settings
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing services onsite; this role does not include remote work or SLPAs
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for early childhood students
  • Deliver direct therapy services within a supportive, collaborative school environment
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to team planning
