Both Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) are invited to apply. Clinical Fellows (CF) will be considered, making this position an excellent fit for experienced clinicians and emerging professionals alike.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active SLP-CCC or SLPA license (Illinois)
- Willingness to consider CF applicants with strong clinical skills
- Experience or interest in working with PK-8 student populations
- Ability to address a variety of speech, language, and communication needs in students with mixed severity across ages
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students from preschool through eighth grade
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs
- Adapt and implement creative interventions tailored to each child’s unique strengths and challenges
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with professional and school standards
