Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current SLP-CCC certification
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Ability to effectively assess and support elementary-aged students
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a significant plus, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Valid licensure for practice in the state

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster positive student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services delivered
  • Offer consultative support and training to educational staff as needed
  • Contribute to an inclusive, encouraging, and innovative school environment
