Qualifications/Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Illinois
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience with pediatric populations, including elementary and secondary students
- Skilled at delivering services in both traditional and teletherapy settings
- Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with students, families, and school staff
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments, both individually and in groups
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress
- Provide direct and consultative services in-person and remotely as needed
- Maintain accurate records, evaluation reports, and progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team consultations
- Support a positive learning atmosphere and empower students to reach their fullest potential
