Pediatric Speech Therapist in Cicero, IL

Qualifications/Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Illinois
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Experience with pediatric populations, including elementary and secondary students
• Skilled at delivering services in both traditional and teletherapy settings
• Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with students, families, and school staff

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments, both individually and in groups
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress
• Provide direct and consultative services in-person and remotely as needed
• Maintain accurate records, evaluation reports, and progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team consultations
• Support a positive learning atmosphere and empower students to reach their fullest potential
