Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license valid in Illinois
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience working in a K-12 educational environment greatly preferred
  • Proven ability to evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment goals for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families

Available Assignments:

  • Position 1: Lake in the Hills, IL—Serve 16 students, 15 hours per week
  • Position 2: Morton Grove, IL—Support 9 students, 5-7 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and assessments
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to optimize student outcomes
