Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience working with K-12 populations in school-based settings
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and progress monitoring
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse learning needs
  • Active state licensure as required for Speech-Language Pathologists

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students across all grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines
  • Provide both direct therapy and consultative support within the general and special education environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions to support student success
