Use your expertise in speech-language pathology, including teletherapy, and play a pivotal role in helping children achieve their full potential. You will collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's needs.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid SLP license and, if applicable, CCC certification
- Experience in pediatric or school-based environments
- Comfortable supporting a caseload of K-8 students (approx. 33 learners)
- Skillful delivery of direct and teletherapy services
- Open to SLP-CFY candidates eager to gain supervised clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students' speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals
- Deliver engaging interventions both in-person and via teletherapy (as needed)
- Maintain accurate documentation, track progress, and report outcomes
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
- Attend IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
