Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Cicero, Illinois

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active, state-appropriate SLP licensure
• CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Prior experience in school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy settings preferred
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and interventions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver therapy services to students within the early childhood program
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs, targeting speech, language, and communication goals
• Collaborate with an onsite SLP for support, teaming closely with teachers, specialists, and families
• Utilize a variety of service delivery models and therapy techniques suited to preschool learners
• Track student progress through data collection and ongoing evaluation
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and motivating therapy environment
