Make a difference in the lives of young learners by providing speech and language services in a supportive school environment near Cicero, IL! We're seeking two dedicated Speech-Language professionals. One full-time opportunity is available, offering 37.5 hours a week across two buildings serving Pre-K through 5th-grade students. A part-time position is also open for 2–3 days a week, with SLPAs encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active licensure/certification as an SLP with CCC or as an SLPA
  • School-based experience, especially in elementary settings, is highly valued
  • Strong collaboration abilities to work alongside teachers, staff, and families
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and age ranges
  • Passion for helping children reach their full potential in communication and academics

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver direct speech-language services to students in Pre-K through 5th grade
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support students’ IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough records and monitor student progress
  • Work closely with families to foster supportive home-to-school connections
  • Support a positive, inclusive learning environment
