Requirements:
- Valid SLP license in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other clinicians to support student success
- Document student progress and maintain records according to school standards
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights to educational teams
