Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• California state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse communication needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state policies
• Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately to SLPAs, ensuring quality service delivery
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to student support planning
