Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience working with K-12 students strongly preferred
• Familiarity with school-based therapy models and IEP development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate and creative approach to supporting student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students with speech and language disorders across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Guide and supervise SLPAs in delivering targeted interventions
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
