Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Facilitating targeted therapy sessions that promote measurable progress in speech and language skills
  • Carefully monitoring and documenting student outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate support and interventions
  • Involving and informing families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the therapy process

Qualifications and desired skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged students strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
