Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold an active California SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
- Previous school-based SLP experience is beneficial
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy for a diverse caseload (details provided during interview)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and deliver recommendations tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support comprehensive student care throughout the school year
- Contribute to a positive, supportive atmosphere dedicated to student growth
