Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting specific communication goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions and adjust interventions based on ongoing progress monitoring
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions, goals, and outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with educators, related service providers, and families to ensure optimal student progress and integration
- Provide education and resources to families, enhancing therapy outcomes at home and at school
