As a key member of the support team, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students, in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective IEPs
• Conduct assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas of need
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare reports
• Use creativity to support students’ individual learning styles, maximizing their potential
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and parent conferences

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates welcome
• Previous experience in school settings or with school-aged children is a plus
