Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current (or eligibility for) state licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, including assessments and IEP collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and adaptability to manage multiple caseloads and locations

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and guidance to educational teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and services provided
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support each student's success
  • Contribute expert recommendations to multi-disciplinary teams for comprehensive student care
